Hi-Glow will happily refund or replace any defective products providing the user has complied with our return and guarantee policy below.

Returns

Hi-Glow safety vests are guaranteed for a total of six months from the time the recipient receives the goods. If the goods are damaged during transport they will be replaced free of charge, providing the recipient of the vests can prove the vests no longer work.

Please allow up to 21 days for the goods to reach you. During normal circumstances this time will be a few working days.

Please note this does not cover individual LED lights, as we cannot be held responsible for their misuse.
